GS Metrocity Long Binh – Main Technical Infrastructure, Area A


VINA E&C participated in the GS Metrocity Long Binh – Main Technical Infrastructure, Area A project in Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City. Construction of Main Technical Infrastructure – Area A. Partner/Project Owner: Vietnam GS Enterprise One-Member LLC. Implementation period: 2023–2025.

Scope of work
• Site grading and ground treatment.
• Internal road systems.
• Stormwater and wastewater drainage systems.
• Water supply, power supply, lighting and telecommunications.
• Landscaping and integrated technical infrastructure.

The project demonstrates VINA E&C’s capabilities in construction planning, quality control, safety and schedule management for urban infrastructure works.

Dioxin processing project at Bien Hoa Airport - IM2

Building long -term and temporary dioxin -contaminated land storage areas, constructing transport infrastructure, excavating and transporting contaminated soil, as well as installing waterproof HDPE lining.

NHIEU LOC–THI NGHE WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT – WATERLINE PACKAGE A

VINA E&C participated in Waterline Package A under the Design–Build–Operate Project for the Nhieu Loc–Thi Nghe Wastewater Treatment Plant. The scope included civil works for the waterline and auxiliary facilities in Area A, involving approximately 36,000 m³ of concrete and 3,900 tonnes of reinforcing steel.

SIX SENSES SAIGON RIVER ECO-URBAN DEVELOPMENT

VINA E&C participated in site-grading and villa-construction works for the Six Senses Saigon River Eco-Urban Development in Dai Phuoc Commune, Nhon Trach District, Dong Nai Province. The scope included site formation for Areas 2A, 2B and the Resort Area, together with the construction of 76 villas.

Package L – Shoreline Protection Works, Long Son Petrochemicals Complex

VINA E&C participated in Package L – Shoreline Protection Works under the Long Son Petrochemicals Complex Project. The scope included port revetments, site formation, internal roads, soft-soil treatment using PVD, flood-protection and drainage systems, a firewater tank and a pump house.

Package J – Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion

VINA E&C participated in Package J – Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion under the Ho Chi Minh City Water Environment Improvement Project – Phase II. The scope included reinforced-concrete treatment tanks, construction and expansion joints, waterproofing, staircases, drainage works and a bypass road.

Hung Thai Technical Infrastructure, Warehousing And Maritime Service Port

VINA E&C participated in the construction of technical infrastructure, warehousing facilities and the Hung Thai Maritime Service Port in Phu My Town, Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province. The scope included two warehouses with a combined area of 39,482 m², internal roads, a weighbridge, piling works, dredging and a cargo berth.

DIOXIN REMEDIATION AT BIEN HOA AIRBASE – PACKAGE CW1

VINA E&C participates in Package CW1 under the Dioxin Remediation at Bien Hoa Airbase Project. The scope includes construction of a 150,000 m³ Pre-Treatment Storage Area, excavation and transportation of up to 270,000 m³ of dioxin-contaminated soil and sediment, and associated treatment, storage and technical infrastructure.
