HUNG THAI TECHNICAL INFRASTRUCTURE, WAREHOUSING AND MARITIME SERVICE PORT

The Hung Thai Technical Infrastructure, Warehousing and Maritime Service Port Project was implemented in Phu My Town, Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province.

VINA E&C participated in the construction of the project’s technical infrastructure, warehouse facilities and maritime service port.

The project scope included two warehouses with a combined area of 39,482 m², internal roads, a weighbridge, foundation works, dredging and a cargo berth.

SCOPE OF WORK

Warehousing facilities

  • Construction of Warehouse No. 1 with an area of 21,722 m².

  • Construction of Warehouse No. 2 with an area of 17,760 m².

  • Combined warehouse area of 39,482 m².

Technical infrastructure

  • Construction of internal roads covering approximately 13,800 m².

  • Construction of a weighbridge.

  • Pile-driving and associated foundation works.

  • Construction of technical infrastructure within the contractual scope.

Port infrastructure

  • Dredging works.

  • Construction of the cargo berth.

  • Port scale stated in the source records: 5,000 tonnes.

DEMONSTRATED CAPABILITIES

The project demonstrates VINA E&C’s capabilities in delivering integrated industrial facilities, warehousing systems, technical infrastructure and port works.

The simultaneous execution of warehouses, internal roads, foundation works, dredging and cargo-berth construction required multidisciplinary construction management, technical coordination and strict control of safety, quality and schedule.

CARBON FIBER AND MATERIALS FACTORY PROJECT

The Hyosung Advanced Materials Factory project in Ba Ria-Vung Tau Province, undertaken by VINA E&C as the main contractor, focuses on the treatment of a 91,613 m2 area of land using the high-quality PHD method. The project implementation ensures both quality and progress in the work. The goal of the project is to establish a modern and sustainable production infrastructure in the region, contributing to the local economic development and creating numerous employment opportunities.

GS Metrocity Long Binh – Main Technical Infrastructure, Area A

VINA E&C participated in Construction of Main Technical Infrastructure – Area A in Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City, including site grading and ground treatment and internal road systems.

VARD PLANT EXPANSION – UTILITY INFRASTRUCTURE SYSTEMS

VINA E&C participated in the construction of utility infrastructure systems for the VARD Plant Expansion Project at Dong Xuyen Industrial Park, Vung Tau City. The scope included drainage systems, MEP trenches and manholes, road-crossing pipes, a 300 m³ underground water tank and a pump station building.

Dioxin processing project at Bien Hoa Airport - IM2

Building long -term and temporary dioxin -contaminated land storage areas, constructing transport infrastructure, excavating and transporting contaminated soil, as well as installing waterproof HDPE lining.

Lac Hoa II Wind Power Plant

VINA E&C participated in Construction of Infrastructure and Turbine Erection Yard in Vinh Chau Town, Soc Trang Province, including site clearing, cleanup and removal of organic topsoil and site grading and preparation.
