VARD PLANT EXPANSION – UTILITY INFRASTRUCTURE SYSTEMS

The VARD Plant Expansion Project was implemented at Dong Xuyen Industrial Park, Rach Dua Ward, Vung Tau City, Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province.

As part of the project, VINA E&C participated in the construction of utility infrastructure systems, including stormwater and wastewater drainage, MEP trenches and manholes, road-crossing pipes, an underground water tank and a pump station building.

SCOPE OF WORK

Drainage systems

  • Construction of a D300 pipeline with a total length of approximately 1,100 m.

  • Construction of D300, D400, D500, D600 and D1000 pipelines with a combined length of approximately 2,140 m.

  • Construction of connections and auxiliary structures associated with the drainage systems.

MEP infrastructure and road-crossing pipes

  • Construction of MEP trenches.

  • Construction of MEP manholes.

  • Installation of road-crossing pipes.

  • Coordination of technical infrastructure works within the package.

Underground water tank and pump station

  • Construction of a 300 m³ underground water tank.

  • Construction of a 24 m² pump station building.

  • Construction of connections between the underground tank, pump station and the plant’s utility systems.

KEY PROJECT QUANTITIES

  • D300 pipeline: Approximately 1,100 m.

  • D300–D1000 pipelines: Approximately 2,140 m.

  • Underground water tank capacity: 300 m³.

  • Pump station building area: 24 m².

DEMONSTRATED CAPABILITIES

The project demonstrates VINA E&C’s capabilities in delivering technical infrastructure and utility systems for industrial facilities.

The integrated scope covering drainage, MEP infrastructure, road-crossing pipes, an underground tank and a pump station required effective technical coordination, level control, system connections and strict management of safety, quality and schedule.

CARBON FIBER AND MATERIALS FACTORY PROJECT

The Hyosung Advanced Materials Factory project in Ba Ria-Vung Tau Province, undertaken by VINA E&C as the main contractor, focuses on the treatment of a 91,613 m2 area of land using the high-quality PHD method. The project implementation ensures both quality and progress in the work. The goal of the project is to establish a modern and sustainable production infrastructure in the region, contributing to the local economic development and creating numerous employment opportunities.

Lac Hoa II Wind Power Plant

VINA E&C participated in Construction of Infrastructure and Turbine Erection Yard in Vinh Chau Town, Soc Trang Province, including site clearing, cleanup and removal of organic topsoil and site grading and preparation.

Package A2 – Long Son Petrochemicals Complex

VINA E&C participated in Package A2 – Structural Construction Works (Package 1) under the Long Son Petrochemicals Complex Project. The scope included site development, reinforced-concrete tank foundations, pipe-rack foundations, structural steel works, underground piping and drainage systems.

Bulk Cargo Warehouse No. 1 – Thi Vai General Port

VINA E&C participated in the construction and installation of Bulk Cargo Warehouse No. 1 at Thi Vai General Port, Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province. The 6,424 m² facility was developed to support bulk-cargo storage and port operations.

Hung Thai Technical Infrastructure, Warehousing And Maritime Service Port

VINA E&C participated in the construction of technical infrastructure, warehousing facilities and the Hung Thai Maritime Service Port in Phu My Town, Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province. The scope included two warehouses with a combined area of 39,482 m², internal roads, a weighbridge, piling works, dredging and a cargo berth.
