WAREHOUSE CONSTRUCTION – TAN CANG NHON TRACH ICD

The project involves the construction of a warehouse within the 15-hectare area of Tan Cang Nhon Trach Inland Container Depot in Nhon Trach District, Dong Nai Province.

Under the project, VINA E&C serves as the main contractor for Package No. 07 – Construction of the Warehouse and Technical Infrastructure. The works comprise a large-scale warehouse, surrounding roads and yards, slope protection, landscaping and integrated drainage systems.

SCOPE OF WORK

The main construction activities include:

• Construction of one warehouse measuring 150 m × 45 m, with a total floor area of 6,750 m².

• Construction of roads and yards surrounding the warehouse, covering a total area of 6,210.58 m².

• Construction of a 61.7-metre slope protection structure integrated with landscaping.

• Construction of a temporary drainage ditch with a total length of 251.17 metres.

• Construction of surface-water and wastewater drainage systems.

• Completion of the technical infrastructure serving warehouse operations.

CAPABILITIES DEMONSTRATED

The project demonstrates VINA E&C’s capabilities in the integrated construction of industrial warehouses, roads, yards, slope protection structures and technical infrastructure within an inland container depot.

The simultaneous execution of multiple work packages requires close coordination in engineering management, quality control, safety and schedule management, contributing to the overall integration and operational readiness of the facility.
