RENOVATION OF AGRIBANK DONG NAI PROVINCE BRANCH HEADQUARTERS

The Renovation of Agribank Dong Nai Province Branch Headquarters Project was implemented in Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province.

VINA E&C participated in the construction and equipment package. The scope focused on building renovation and repair works, together with the installation of an elevator serving the headquarters.

SCOPE OF WORK

The principal scope of work included:

• Renovation of facilities within the headquarters.

• Painting and finishing works.

• Repair of areas and building components within the contractual scope.

• Supply and installation of an elevator.

• Coordination of construction and equipment installation activities.

• Implementation of safety, quality and schedule control throughout construction.

DEMONSTRATED CAPABILITIES

The project demonstrates VINA E&C’s capabilities in civil-building renovation and the coordination of finishing works with equipment installation.

The execution of renovation works within an office building required appropriate construction planning, quality control of finishing works and compliance with safety, cleanliness and schedule requirements.
