SIX SENSES SAIGON RIVER ECO-URBAN DEVELOPMENT

The Six Senses Saigon River Eco-Urban Development is located in Dai Phuoc Commune, Nhon Trach District, Dong Nai Province.

As part of the project, VINA E&C participated in two work packages covering site formation for Areas 2A, 2B and the Resort Area, as well as the construction of villas and townhouses within the contractual scope.

WORK PACKAGE 1: SITE FORMATION FOR AREAS 2A, 2B AND THE RESORT AREA

The principal scope of work included:

  • Site clearing and topsoil stripping over an area of approximately 38,500 m².

  • Supply and installation of approximately 45,000 m² of geotextile.

  • Supply of fill materials and execution of approximately 300,000 m³ of earth-filling works.

  • Transportation, stockpiling and placement of filling materials.

  • Control of levels, quality and construction schedule within the package.

WORK PACKAGE 2: CONSTRUCTION OF VILLAS AND TOWNHOUSES

The principal scope of work included:

  • Construction of 76 villas.

  • Execution of building works within the contractual scope.

  • Implementation of safety, quality and schedule control throughout construction.

KEY PROJECT QUANTITIES

  • Villas: 76 units.

  • Site clearing and topsoil stripping: Approximately 38,500 m².

  • Geotextile: Approximately 45,000 m².

  • Earth filling: Approximately 300,000 m³.

DEMONSTRATED CAPABILITIES

The project demonstrates VINA E&C’s capabilities in delivering both technical infrastructure and civil-building works within an integrated eco-urban development.

The combination of large-volume site formation, geotextile installation and villa construction required multidisciplinary construction management, effective resource coordination and strict control of safety, quality and schedule.

Building long -term and temporary dioxin -contaminated land storage areas, constructing transport infrastructure, excavating and transporting contaminated soil, as well as installing waterproof HDPE lining.

NHIEU LOC–THI NGHE WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT – WATERLINE PACKAGE A

VINA E&C participated in Waterline Package A under the Design–Build–Operate Project for the Nhieu Loc–Thi Nghe Wastewater Treatment Plant. The scope included civil works for the waterline and auxiliary facilities in Area A, involving approximately 36,000 m³ of concrete and 3,900 tonnes of reinforcing steel.

RENOVATION OF AGRIBANK DONG NAI PROVINCE BRANCH HEADQUARTERS

VINA E&C participated in the construction and equipment package under the Renovation of Agribank Dong Nai Province Branch Headquarters Project. The scope included painting, building repairs and elevator installation.

Package L – Shoreline Protection Works, Long Son Petrochemicals Complex

VINA E&C participated in Package L – Shoreline Protection Works under the Long Son Petrochemicals Complex Project. The scope included port revetments, site formation, internal roads, soft-soil treatment using PVD, flood-protection and drainage systems, a firewater tank and a pump house.
