VINA E&C’s 2025 Summer Teambuilding Trip in the beautiful coastal city of Nha Trang has concluded with lasting impressions, deeply reflecting the spirit of “Sustainable Inner Strength – Advancing Toward Success.” This special occasion, held in celebration of the company’s 14th anniversary, provided an opportunity for all employees to reflect on the journey so far and look ahead to a bright future.

During the 3-day, 2-night journey, VINA E&C members participated in a series of engaging and meaningful events:

• Leadership Dialogue and Integration Training: Held in an open and welcoming atmosphere with the Board of Directors, the program clarified company mechanisms, policies, and culture, while also opening new pathways in approaching technology—particularly raising awareness about AI in the era of digital transformation.

• Introduction of the New Organizational Structure: A strategic highlight of the trip was the announcement of appointments to the Board of Directors, Supervisory Board, and Executive Board for the 2025–2026 term. It also featured the official introduction of the new Trade Union President for the 2023–2028 term, and a heartfelt tribute to the previous generation—those who laid the foundation for VINA E&C’s success today.

• Teambuilding Activities on Hon Tam Island: With great team spirit and enthusiastic competition, the teams overcame challenges together, strengthening bonds and showcasing their collective strength.

• Spectacular Gala Dinner: More than just a chance to relax and socialize, the evening event served as a creative stage where departments and project teams showcased their talents through lively and passionate performances.

• Tour and Exploration Activities: The trip also included moments of relaxation and rejuvenation, with visits to the Institute of Oceanography and the picturesque Hon Tam Island.

The event exceeded expectations, thanks to thorough preparation, the high sense of responsibility from the organizing team, and seamless coordination across departments and projects.
