In the vibrant atmosphere of emulation achievements celebrating the establishment of Dong Nai City, the "Nghia Tinh Tran Bien – Lan Toa Yeu Thuong" program was held on May 16, 2026, in Tran Bien Ward. The event aimed to provide care and support for social protection beneficiaries, poor and near-poor households, as well as residents and students facing difficult circumstances in the locality.

The program reflects the deep concern and care of the Party, the State, authorities at all levels, sectors, local government, and the entire society toward vulnerable individuals. At the same time, it helps spread the spirit of compassion, sharing, and community responsibility.

VINA E&C highly values the humanitarian principles spread by the "Nghia Tinh Tran Bien – Lan Toa Yeu Thuong" program. Moving forward, the company remains committed to sustainable development, intertwining construction excellence with social responsibility to continuously support local authorities and communities on their developmental journey

At the program, the Organizing Committee presented 97 poor and near-poor households with cash gifts worth 1,000,000 VND each, funded by the Tran Bien Ward "Fund for the Poor". Additionally, 200 cash gifts worth 500,000 VND each, raised through social mobilization, were awarded to local students and residents facing difficult circumstances.

From the beginning of April 2026 to date, in celebration of the establishment of Dong Nai City, the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tran Bien Ward have organized and distributed 1,400 gifts to local residents, disadvantaged families, families with meritorious service to the revolution, policy-beneficiary families, and students facing difficult circumstances in the ward. The total value of these contributions amounts to nearly 750 million VND.
