    I. PURPOSE AND SIGNIFICANCE:

    • Organize activities to celebrate the 13th anniversary of the company's founding, aiming to strengthen the bond among company members and promote VINA E&C's traditions.
    • Provide opportunities for interaction and connection, enhancing the solidarity among employees.

    II. PROGRAM CONTENT:

    1. On-Site Communication Activities

    • Conduct TBM (Toolbox Meeting) activities to celebrate the company’s anniversary with a traditional song, sharing the meaning and history of VINA E&C.
    • Organize water supply activities on the construction sites during hot weather, based on the actual situation and company budget. Projects will organize activities to boost the morale and celebrate the anniversary joyfully and comfortably for the employees on site.

    2. Company Birthday Celebration Meeting

    • Time: May 11, 2024.
    • Location: At the offices/projects.
    • Participants: Employees at each location, gathering in a simple dining area to have lunch and interact with each other.
    • Dress code for the birthday celebration:
      • Office staff: Wear company uniform.
      • Construction site staff: Wear protective work uniform.
      • For female employees:
        • At the main office: Wear the company's traditional áo dài.
        • At project offices: Wear a shirt.
    • Departments/projects will follow the general directive with a spirit of comfort, simplicity, and harmony.
    • Location specifics:
      • At the main office in Long Son, the company will organize a lunch at the Long Son office and a dinner at a restaurant in HCM City.
      • Projects will organize lunch and birthday cake parties at the dining area, with online or offline interactions depending on the specific situation of each project, ensuring time for afternoon work.
    • Organization costs: According to the proposed plan by the HR Administration Department.

    3. Interaction between Management, Directors, and Guests

    • Organize interaction activities between management, directors, and guests in HCM City. The HCM office will detail the plan.

    4. Implementation

    • Departments/projects will implement according to the approved proposal from the HR Administration Department and follow the company's general guidelines.

    This plan outlines the activities to celebrate the 13th anniversary of VINA E&C. All offices and projects will participate simultaneously.
