The LPG Liquefied Petroleum Gas Storage Project by Yen Hung Petrochemical Joint Stock Company (YHP) is located at Bac Tien Phong Industrial Park - Tien Phong Commune - Quang Yen Town - Quang Ninh Province. The project includes a system of 2 cold LPG storage tanks (capacity 160,000m3), a system of 2 pressure LPG storage tanks (capacity 16,400m3), a road pipeline system, a gas import and export pipeline system from the deep-water port for ships with a capacity of up to 100,000 DWT, and auxiliary systems.
To meet the committed progress with the investor, the project launched the "RED CAMPAIGN - 22 Days and Nights with YHP Project to Complete Foundations of Tanks C3 and C4" on May 8, 2024, under the motto "SAFETY - QUALITY - PROGRESS - EFFICIENCY".
The peak of the campaign was from 12 noon on May 30, 2024, to 10:45 am on May 31, 2024, and the second phase from June 10, 2024, to June 11, 2024. The entire YHP project staff concentrated all resources, working tirelessly in harsh weather conditions to complete the task with the completed volume of concrete exceeding 7000m3 and more than 1000 tons of steel.
On August 30, 2024, VINA E&C officially commenced the land reclamation project for Phase 1 – Phase 2 (covering an area of 5.2 hectares) within the 35ha Oil and Gas Service Zone. The project is scheduled for completion by January 12, 2025, strictly adhering to the technical standards and timeline approved by relevant authorities.

On March 13, 2024, the Environmental Sanitation Project in Ho Chi Minh City - Phase 2 successfully organized a launch ceremony for the campaign "Safety - Quality - Progress" to respond to the movement of promoting progress and ensuring safety in construction works, aiming to celebrate the anniversary of the liberation of the South on April 30 and International Labour Day on May 1.
