Our business visit within the BrainUP community aimed to exchange insights and learn about leadership, corporate culture, and business practices.
This time, we visited the Nhà Bè Metrocity GS urban project, which Vina E&C has been undertaking since 2020 and is now nearing completion of its initial phase.
The firsthand experience was entirely different from what we had imagined when visiting a construction project and company. The construction office on-site was professional and well-equipped, resembling the setup of a corporate office with various departments. There were accommodations and recreational facilities for employees, akin to the benefits provided to foreign experts. The working atmosphere was dynamic, focused, and the employees were very friendly, despite our visit being somewhat distracting. We also witnessed numerous activities related to the company's corporate culture, which has been developed over many years, infusing the workplace with vibrant energy.
