A New Milestone in Port Infrastructure Development

On the morning of October 20, 2026, VINA E&C and its project partners officially held the groundbreaking ceremony for the 2.65-hectare CBU Yard Expansion Project at Saigon Premier Container Terminal (SPCT), located in the Hiep Phuoc Port Complex, Ho Chi Minh City.

The project is developed by Saigon Premier Container Terminal (SPCT), with ICOM Vietnam serving as the project consultant and VINA E&C undertaking the role of the main Design & Build (D&B) contractor.

Integrated CBU Yard Infrastructure Development

Covering an area of 2.65 hectares, the project involves the expansion of a Completely Built-Up (CBU) vehicle storage yard, together with supporting infrastructure, including fire-fighting water supply, drainage, and lighting systems.

The project is scheduled to be implemented from October 20, 2026, to February 6, 2027, with a focus on completing the works in accordance with the client's technical, safety, quality, and schedule requirements.

The groundbreaking ceremony marks another milestone for VINA E&C in port infrastructure construction, reflecting the trust and cooperation among SPCT, ICOM Vietnam, and VINA E&C.
