Throughout September 2025, VINA E&C Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company continuously held ceremonies to announce key personnel appointments across various departments and offices. This is a strategic and important step to reinforce the management team, enhance administrative capabilities, and prepare for breakthrough development goals in the future.

The appointment decisions were personally handed over by the company's leadership to outstanding individuals, recognizing their proven contributions and capabilities over time:

• September 6, 2025 – At the Bien Hoa Project Office:

  • Mr. Nguyen Cong Oanh was appointed Director of Project Management Board (PMB) No. 1 and concurrently Deputy Director of PMB No. 2.

  • The ceremony was held online with the Vinci Project and was presided over by Deputy General Director Mai Huu Nghi.

• September 9, 2025 – At the Long Son Office and LS99 Company:

  • Mr. Pham Gia Xanh was appointed Director of the Internal Control Board.

  • Ms. Nguyen Hong Anh Mai was appointed Head of the Administration – Human Resources Department.

  • Mr. Tran Quang Dieu was appointed Project Director of LS99 Company.

  • Mr. Tran Viet Quoc was appointed Head of the Construction Department of LS99 Company.

• September 20, 2025:

  • PMB No. 3 officially appointed Mr. Lam Thanh Duc as the Director of PMB No. 3.
