Successful 13th Anniversary Celebration of VINA E&C
On May 11, 2024, VINA E&C successfully celebrated its 13th anniversary with a series of engaging and meaningful activities that fostered unity and camaraderie among all employees.
On-Site Communication Activities At various construction sites, TBM (Toolbox Meeting) sessions were held where employees sang the company’s traditional song and learned about the rich history and significance of VINA E&C. Despite the hot weather, our dedicated team organized water supply activities, ensuring everyone stayed refreshed and motivated. These thoughtful gestures boosted morale and brought a festive spirit to the work environment.
Birthday Celebration Meetings Across our offices and projects, employees gathered for lunch in a warm and friendly atmosphere. The main office in Long Son hosted a delightful lunch, while the evening saw a splendid dinner event at a restaurant in HCM City. Projects coordinated their own celebrations, incorporating both online and offline interactions to accommodate different schedules and work demands. The simple yet heartfelt gatherings allowed employees to connect and celebrate the company’s milestone together.
Dress Code and Participation Our office staff proudly wore the company uniform, while construction site staff donned their protective work uniforms. Female employees added a touch of elegance by wearing the traditional áo dài at the main office and shirts at project offices. The well-coordinated dress code highlighted our unified spirit and pride in being part of VINA E&C.
Interaction with Management and Guests A special interaction session was organized between management, directors, and guests in HCM City, providing an opportunity for meaningful exchanges and strengthening professional relationships. The detailed planning by the HCM office ensured the event was a resounding success.
