VINA E&C is honored to take on the role of Turnkey Contractor for the Construction Investment Project of the 35ha Petroleum Service Center – Subdivision 1 (Phase 1). This is a key development that contributes to the establishment of a modern petroleum service complex in Ba Ria – Vung Tau, serving exploration, exploitation, and petroleum logistics activities.

Under the EPC (Engineering – Procurement – Construction) model, VINA E&C is not only responsible for the construction but also for the entire process from technical solutions and detailed design to execution and handover. The construction scope covers site leveling, infrastructure, and auxiliary facilities on an area of 9.7 ha.
