  This session equipped employees with foundational knowledge about internal operations, company values, and behavioral standards—fostering unity, understanding, and a shared commitment to the company’s long-term development.

• AI Awareness Seminar:
  Delivered by Mr. Nguyễn Đức Long, a Digital Transformation Specialist from the Institute of Blockchain Technology & Artificial Intelligence (ABAII), this session introduced new perspectives on emerging technologies and prepared staff for VINA E&C’s upcoming digital transformation efforts.
