Continuing the series of activities celebrating the company’s 14th anniversary, VINA E&C held a Leadership Appointment and Recognition Ceremony in a formal setting in Nha Trang, where the 2025 Summer Teambuilding Trip is taking place under the theme “Sustainable Inner Strength – Advancing Toward Success.”
This event marked a strategic turning point as VINA E&C strengthens its organizational structure and leadership capabilities for the 2025–2026 term and looks ahead to 2030. The newly appointed key leaders include:
Mr. Nguyễn Hải Dương – Chairman of the Board of Directors
Mr. Phạm Gia Xanh – Head of the Supervisory Board
Ms. Nguyễn Hồng Ánh Mai – New Chairwoman of the Trade Union for the 2023–2028 term
The ceremony also introduced new Board of Directors and Supervisory Board members, along with the appointment of three Deputy General Directors, each overseeing core business divisions:
Mai Hữu Nghị – Deputy General Director in charge of Construction Divisions 1 & 2
Trần Nhật Nam – Deputy General Director in charge of Construction Divisions 3 & 4
Quách Văn Thoại – Deputy General Director in charge of Construction Division 5 and Long Sơn 99, concurrently serving as Director of Internal Audit alongside the General Director’s Board

Shanghai, China – April 2025: VINA E&C INVESTMENT AND CONSTRUCTION JSC has been officially recognized as one of the Top Asia Typical Enterprises 2025 at the prestigious Asia Award 2025 ceremony, an influential economic and branding forum across the Asia-Pacific region.
On August 30, 2024, VINA E&C officially commenced the land reclamation project for Phase 1 – Phase 2 (covering an area of 5.2 hectares) within the 35ha Oil and Gas Service Zone. The project is scheduled for completion by January 12, 2025, strictly adhering to the technical standards and timeline approved by relevant authorities.
