Groundbreaking Ceremony for the 35-Hectare Petroleum Service Zone Project

On the morning of July 2, 2025, at the Sao Mai – Ben Dinh Petroleum Marine Service Base, the groundbreaking ceremony for the 35-hectare Petroleum Service Zone Project – Phase 2 (21.5 hectares) was solemnly held, with the participation of the Executive Board and relevant stakeholders.
The project is developed by PetroVietnam Sao Mai – Ben Dinh Investment Joint Stock Company (PVSB), with construction supervision provided by First Design Consultancy and Investment Corporation. The project will be executed by a consortium of contractors including VINA E&C Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company, BMC Technical Construction Joint Stock Company, and Dai Nam Infrastructure Construction Co., Ltd.
The scope of work includes land reclamation, site leveling, and construction of water supply and drainage systems for the entire subdivision. This event marks a significant milestone, setting the stage for a project that is expected to be implemented on schedule, with strict adherence to technical standards and absolute safety during construction.
The project is expected to enhance technical infrastructure and service capacity in the petroleum sector in the Ba Ria – Vung Tau area, contributing to the region’s industrial and economic development.
